Job summary

Abby Care is seeking a People Experience & Engagement Manager to redesign and scale our employee programs across corporate and clinical teams. You will own onboarding, engagement strategies, and performance cycles in a fast-paced, hybrid San Francisco environment.

Reporting to the People Business Partner, you will use data (eNPS, attrition, engagement scores) to tell stories, influence leadership, and drive change while collaborating with executives and team leads to align programs with company

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Employee Experience or Learning & Development in scaling environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience working with executives.
• High proficiency with new technologies to scale people programs.
• Experience with people- and communication-centric tools (Lattice, Workday, Google Suite, Slack and Notion).

Responsibilities

• Build the Onboarding Operating System to enable scalable onboarding across 8 states.
• Design engagement initiatives to measure sentiment and inform programming.
• Execute mid-year and end-of-year performance cycles with meaningful feedback.
• Strategize communications planning to reinforce traditions and drive cohesion in a hybrid org.
