UnitedHealth Group is seeking a People Experience Partner to act as a strategic advisor on HR processes, analytics, and employee relations for the Las Vegas market. You will support leaders, drive engagement, and shape people strategies across multiple sites.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and HR tools, and the ability to manage confidential information while guiding cross-functional teams toward operational excellence.

Competenze

• 5+ years HR experience with analytics, reporting, and employee relations.
• Experience with HR case handling and employee relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools (dashboards, reporting platforms).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.
