Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking a People Experience Manager in El Segundo, CA, on-site with regular center travel. The role focuses on connecting employees with the organization, listening to teams, and turning feedback into practical improvements that boost retention and engagement.

You will partner with multiple departments to address center-specific challenges, lead feedback initiatives, and drive initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and staying power across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in employee experience, engagement, retention, or similar role; multi-site exposure is a plus.
• Strong listening, interviewing, and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships through center visits, 1:1 conversations, listening sessions, and outreach.
• Run pulse surveys and stay interviews; analyze retention and engagement data.
• Investigate root causes by meeting with employees and local leaders; observe daily experiences.
• Own solutions from recommendation to implementation and follow-through.
• Develop retention, recognition, and engagement initiatives for centers and early-tenure staff.
• Collaborate with Talent Management, Operations, HR, and other teams; refer formal matters as needed.
• Present concise leadership updates on feedback, issues, and measurable results.
