Job summary

IG North America is seeking a People Experience Partner to design and drive employee listening, engagement, onboarding, and leadership-support programs from Chicago. You’ll partner with HRBPs, talent, and exec teams to turn data into action and measure impact across the full lifecycle.

You’ll lead surveys, dashboards, and communication, balancing change with thoughtful, people-first initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–6+ years in People & HR, employee experience, talent management, or program management.
• Comfort with change, ambiguity, and embedding the role in the business.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engagement programs, surveys, and dashboards.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to build action plans from findings.
• Design onboarding and succession planning with Talent Management.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional communications.
• Advise managers on engagement, culture, and talent topics.
