Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to support engagement, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and people operations. This role partners with leaders and employees to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure consistent HR practices.

You will coordinate recognition and engagement programs, manage recruiting activities, lead onboarding, and support performance development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years in HR or People Operations.
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee recognition, engagement, and culture initiatives.
• Manage recruiting activities, postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
• Lead onboarding activities for new hires.
• Support performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and assist with benefits, leave, onboarding, offboarding.
• Track workforce metrics and prepare leadership reports.
