Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a strategic, data-driven Director of Employee Experience and Engagement to elevate culture, engagement, and national recognition across the organization.

The role oversees the Experience Management program, translating feedback into actionable insights, improving resident and family satisfaction, and partnering with HR, Operations, Marketing, and senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR, employee experience, or related field.
• Healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
• Experience administering Qualtrics or similar GM/VoC platform.
• Proven leadership of teams and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide employee experience initiatives.
• Oversee the Experience Management program, including surveys and dashboards.
• Translate feedback into actionable insights and improvements.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Marketing, Sales and senior leaders to implement improvements.
• Lead and develop the XM team and external partners.
• Deliver reports to leaders with timely insights.
