Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with demonstrated proficiency in analytics, reporting and employee relations.
• Experience with HR case handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
• Driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to business leadership for assigned markets, guiding on HR policies and practices across multiple sites.
• Act as consultant to frontline leaders, promoting adoption of best practices.
• Anticipate employee experience risks and proactively develop solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Lead culture and engagement strategies using insights from analytics and listening sessions.
