Job summary

Alts is seeking a hands-on HR People Experience Coordinator to partner with the HR Director in owning people operations across multiple studios. This in-person role requires a builder-mentality, initiative, and a passion for culture, engagement, and operational excellence.

You’ll spend significant time in studios, design onboarding and performance processes, manage data in Rippling, and help scale our high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 4–8 years of HR, people operations, or office management experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Google Suite; familiarity with Rippling, Notion, and ATS is a plus.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible, trusted resource for employees and managers across all studio locations.
• Spend significant time in studios building relationships and strengthening team connection.
• Partner with managers on performance conversations, engagement, development, and team health.
• Own and continuously improve core people processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, engagement initiatives, and development programs.
• Maintain accurate people data in Rippling and related systems; build dashboards and reporting on engagement and workforce trends.
• Support recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate experience.
• Help design and execute engagement initiatives and culture-building moments.
