Job summary

Cohere is seeking a People Operations Manager to own People data, reporting, and the related operational work. You will manage headcount, attrition, and costs, define meaningful metrics, and supervise benefits administration and records.

This role sits in a growing HR Operations team during Rippling implementation, with opportunities to shape data structures for the next years. You will build self-serve reporting, reconcile People and Finance data, and drive data quality across multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years in people analytics and reporting.
• Experience delivering people operations solutions across the talent journey.
• HRIS implementation or migration experience.
• Experience building reports from scratch.
• Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Experience operating across multiple countries and entities.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount, attrition and people cost reporting end to end.
• Build the exec and board level reporting leadership relies on.
• Define metrics meaning and data governance, not just requested reports.
• Own US and global benefits administration and employee records.
• Make reporting self-serve with automated recurring reports.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR Operations team.
