Reducto, Inc. is seeking its first People Operations Lead to shape the HR function from the ground up. This hands-on role will partner directly with founders to design the employee experience from onboarding through every milestone of tenure.

You’ll own employee relations, lifecycle management, and performance processes, while building scalable policies and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows. This in-person, SF-based position focuses on creating world-class talent development and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of People Operations / HR experience.
• High EQ and warmth; ability to build trust across the org.
• Experience with immigration processes and coordinating with outside counsel.
• Operational rigor with end-to-end employee lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted person employees come to, building relationships and surfacing what matters.
• Own employee relations and guide through leaves, life events, difficult conversations and exits.
• Run the employee lifecycle end to end, onboarding to offboarding, including immigration coordination.
• Support managers with enablement, feedback, development, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain clear policies and documentation, enabling consistent and fair application.
• Operationalize performance processes and calibrate managers over time.
• Manage payroll inputs and benefits administration, optimize workflows with tooling and AI.
