Qualifications

• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee recognition, engagement and culture initiatives.
• Manage recruiting activities, postings, candidate coordination and interviews.
• Lead onboarding activities to ensure a positive new hire experience.
• Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with compliance, policy updates and documentation management.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee growth and performance.
• Track training completion and identify development opportunities.
• Promote a professional, respectful and inclusive work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience programs.
