Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, or related HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR-related support.
• Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, recognition, and overall workplace experience.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and manage lifecycle processes including hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, and separations.
• Assist HR Business Partners with employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with recruiting teams to support staffing needs and coordinate interviews and background checks.
• Support performance management, learning and development, and compliance training.
