Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years designing employee experience initiatives (onboarding, orientation, integration)
• Long term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end employee experience initiatives including onboarding, integration and engagement strategies.
• Foster connection, accelerate readiness and performance, and strengthen organizational culture and retention.

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related field

Advanced degree preferred
