Job summary

You will coordinate interviews, screen resumes, post jobs, manage candidate records in an ATS, conduct reference checks, assist with onboarding, track metrics, and support recruiting events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS platforms, job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Screen resumes and assist with candidate sourcing efforts.
• Manage job postings across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling and next steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment processes.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
• Track hiring metrics and generate recruiting reports.
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
