Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, addressing root causes and ensuring policy compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR initiatives at the site level.
• Execute employee engagement strategies and recognize programs; maintain floor presence for insights.
• Coach leaders on people management, feedback, and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology and AI, balancing high-touch service delivery.
