Job summary

FIS Management Services LLC seeks a Lead, Capability Experience Designer to craft human-centered experiences that help colleagues build capabilities, adopt new behaviors and perform effectively. You will translate complex needs into intuitive journeys, prototypes, and scalable enablement solutions across learning and digital adoption initiatives.

You will conduct user research, prototype concepts, and test iterations, using feedback and performance signals to iterate quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a UX-related field.
• Experience applying human-centered design principles to practical solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into experience journeys, workflows and prototypes.
• Experience conducting user research and testing concepts with qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Proficiency in journey mapping, prototyping, usability and inclusive design.
• Experience using AI tools to support research, ideation, content development or prototyping.
