Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology).
• Experience in HR, recruiting, employee relations, or leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting efforts to attract, interview, and hire quality candidates.
• Create a welcoming onboarding experience for new team members.
• Assist employees with benefits programs, enrollment, and questions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
• Coordinate training, education, and professional development opportunities.
• Partner with department leaders on staffing strategies and workforce needs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance standards are met.
• Serve as a trusted resource for team member questions and concerns.
• Assist with retention efforts and recognition programs.
• Champion the mission, values, and culture of Brookestone View.
