Brookestone View, part of the Vetter Senior Living family, is seeking a People Development Coordinator to lead recruiting, onboarding, benefits support, and employee development. This role supports a mission-driven workplace and contributes to a positive culture for residents and staff.

You'll partner with department leaders on staffing, coordinate training, manage records, and promote engagement while upholding HR standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• HR, recruiting, employee relations, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting to attract, interview, and hire candidates.
• Create a welcoming onboarding experience for new team members.
• Assist employees with benefits programs, enrollment, and questions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
• Coordinate training, education, and professional development opportunities.
• Partner with department leaders on staffing strategies and workforce needs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance standards.
• Serve as a trusted resource for team member questions and concerns.
• Assist with retention efforts and recognition programs.
