Job summary

Brookestone View, a Brookestone View community, is seeking a People Development Coordinator (Human Resource Coordinator) to drive recruitment, onboarding, and engagement across the employee lifecycle. You will support benefits administration, development programs, and partnerships with department leaders to meet staffing needs while upholding our mission and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Two or more years in HR, recruitment, employee relations, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Effective communication at all levels of the organization.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The People Development Coordinator (Human Resource Coordinator) serves as a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and team member development.

This role combines strategic human resources responsibilities with relationship-focused leadership, helping ensure that team members have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed.
