Brookestone View in Nebraska is seeking a People Development Coordinator (HR Coordinator) to join our leadership team. You will lead recruiting, onboarding, and support employee development to build a strong workplace culture.

As part of the Vetter Senior Living family, you’ll foster talent, manage records, assist with benefits, and collaborate with department leaders to align staffing with organizational goals. This role emphasizes engagement, confidentiality, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
• HR, recruiting, employee relations, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting efforts to attract, interview, and hire quality candidates
• Create a welcoming onboarding experience for new team members
• Assist employees with benefit programs, enrollment, and questions
• Support employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work environment
• Coordinate training, education, and professional development opportunities
• Partner with department leaders on staffing strategies and workforce needs
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance standards are met
• Serve as a trusted resource for team member questions and concerns
• Assist with retention efforts and recognition programs
• Champion the mission, values, and culture of Brookestone View
