Job summary

Brookestone View, a Brookestone View community, is seeking a People Development Coordinator (Human Resource Coordinator) to drive recruitment, onboarding, and engagement across the employee lifecycle. You will support benefits administration, development programs, and partnerships with department leaders to meet staffing needs while upholding our mission and culture.

This role focuses on building a positive workplace experience, strengthening relationships, and delivering professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Two or more years in HR, recruitment, employee relations, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Effective communication at all levels of the organization.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for employee engagement, development, and workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and attract qualified candidates through sourcing, interviewing, and selection activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for newly hired team members.
• Assist employees with benefits questions and enrollment processes.
• Promote engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace satisfaction and team morale.
• Support educational programs, training opportunities, and professional development efforts.
• Partner with department leaders to address staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives.
• Maintain personnel records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to employee questions and help foster positive employee relations.
• Assist with retention strategies designed to support long-term team member success.
• Serve as an ambassador for Brookestone View's mission, values, and culture.
