Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting to attract, interview, and hire quality candidates.
• Create a welcoming onboarding experience for new team members.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture.
• Coordinate training and professional development opportunities.
• Partner with department leaders on staffing strategies and workforce needs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance standards.
• Serve as a trusted resource for team member questions.
