Edges Electrical Group is seeking a full-time HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Sacramento, CA. You will provide comprehensive HR support for 350 employees across 12 locations, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.

As a key partner to managers, you will ensure compliance with California employment laws, administer leaves, manage HR programs, and support safety initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years HR experience; or 8+ years HR work experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and California employment law; investigative experience in employee relations.
• Experience administering benefits (open enrollment, 401(k)) and leaves; HRIS experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as employee relations specialist; conduct investigations and coach managers on corrective actions.
• Assist with recruitment tasks: posting positions, screening applications, conducting prescreens, extending offers; coordinate onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policy; maintain HRIS data and employee records.
• Manage leave programs (FMLA/CFRA, disability, paid family leave) and reasonable accommodations.
• Support HR programs and engagement initiatives; assist with performance cycles and recognition programs.
• Identify training needs; develop and deliver training; audit certifications; support safety programs.
