Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Ability to effectively speak in front of groups.
• PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain legal compliance in HR functions.
• Recruit, interview, and select employees.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientations.
• Handle employee records and statistics.
• Assist in daily benefits administration.
• Advise management on employee relations.
• Conduct exit interviews for separations.
