Newegg is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the first contact for employees and managers on policies, leaves, onboarding and HR records across corporate and warehouse sites in California.

You will manage end-to-end HR processes, maintain HRIS data, support performance reviews, training and benefits enrollment, and ensure compliance with California and multi-state requirements, including I-9/E-Verify and reporting. Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Legal and site leaders is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience in a multi-site environment.
• Working knowledge of California wage/hour laws, CFRA, PDL, FMLA, FEHA.
• Hands-on intake, documentation and investigations in employee relations.
• Experience with HRIS and Form I-9 / E-Verify processes.
• Ability to handle confidential information and explain policies clearly to employees at all levels.
• Excel proficiency for HR reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact on HR policies and employee relations; document cases.
• Conduct employee relations intake and investigations with guidance.
• Administer leaves (FMLA, CFRA, PDL) and coordinate with payroll.
• Own onboarding/offboarding including Form I-9 and E-Verify.
• Maintain HRIS data and generate headcount/turnover reports.
• Support California/multi-state compliance and policy acknowledgments.
• Coordinate HR programs like performance reviews and enrollment.
• Support warehouse sites in Ontario, CA and Indiana ensuring consistency.
