Public Consulting Group is seeking a People Analytics & HRIS Analyst to bridge HR data, HR technology, and business decision-making. This role transforms people data into meaningful insights through dashboards, reporting, analysis, and data visualization, while maintaining a strong working knowledge of the organization’s HRIS, particularly Workday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people analytics.
• Experience with Workday including Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of creating Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Proven track record implementing, operating, and/or managing Workday HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports with actionable workforce insights.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, performance, talent, engagement, diversity, absenteeism, and demographics.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reporting for HR and business leaders.
• Move reporting toward trend analysis, predictive insights, and risk/opportunity identification.
• Create executive-ready data visualizations and tell the data story.
• Establish consistent definitions, calculations, and metrics across HR reporting.
• Meet with leaders to understand decisions and translate questions into analytics.
• Translate business questions into reporting solutions and proactively identify trends.
• Help HR leaders use data to inform retention, workforce planning, and employee experience.
• Educate HR partners on interpreting and using people data.
• Maintain knowledge of Workday data, processes, structures, and reporting.
• Build or support Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Partner with HRIS to understand data structure and leverage it.
• Identify data quality issues and resolve with HRIS partners.
• Support testing and implementation of HRIS changes affecting reporting.
