Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC is seeking a People Analytics & HRIS Analyst to bridge HR data, technology, and business decisions. You will transform people data into actionable reports, dashboards, and analytics, with strong Workday expertise and cross-functional collaboration across HR leaders and COEs.

The role emphasizes designing dashboards, trend analysis, and predictive insights, while standardizing metrics and ensuring data governance across the HRIS landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with people analytics.
• Working knowledge of Workday to include Discovery Boards, Workday Prism Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of creating Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Workday configuration experience as well as UAT.
• Consulting skills and strong communication (written and verbal).
• Analytical with project management, problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Strong client service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Data visualization to include storytelling.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leaders.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, and demographics.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Move reporting toward predictive insights and risk/opportunity identification.
• Create executive-ready data visuals and tell the data story.
• Establish consistent HR reporting definitions and metrics.
