Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a People Analytics & HRIS Analyst in Indianapolis to bridge HR data, technology, and business decisions. You will transform people data into dashboards, reports, and analytics while leveraging Workday and BI tools to empower leaders with actionable insights.

You will partner with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytics, build executive-ready visuals, and ensure data governance and quality across HR reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with people analytics.
• Working knowledge of Workday including Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of creating Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Proven track record implementing, operating, and/or managing Workday HRIS.
• Workday configuration experience and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports with actionable workforce insights.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, performance, and demographics.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reporting for leaders.
• Move reporting toward trend analysis, predictive insights, and risk/opportunity identification.
