The People Analytics & HRIS Analyst role bridges HR data, HR technology, and business decisions, delivering dashboards, reporting, and analytics using Workday and BI tools to support workforce decisions.

The role collaborates with HR leaders, HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to translate needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with people analytics.
• Working knowledge of Workday including Discovery Boards and Workday Prism Analytics.
• Advanced ability to create Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Experience in implementing or managing Workday HRIS platform and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leaders.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, and demographics.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reporting for HR and business leaders.
• Move reporting toward trend analysis, predictive insights, and risk/opportunity identification.
• Create executive-ready visualizations and tell the data story.
• Establish consistent definitions, calculations, and metrics across HR reporting.
• Meet with leaders to translate questions into analytics and reporting solutions.
• Partner with HRIS and HR teams to leverage Workday data.
