Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a People Analytics & HRIS Analyst to bridge HR data, technology, and business decisions. You will transform people data into insights through dashboards, reporting, and visualization, with strong Workday knowledge.

You will partner with HR leaders, HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to define questions, deliver reporting, and support workforce planning and employee experience decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people analytics.
• Working knowledge of Workday including Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics.
• Advanced ability to create Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
• Experience implementing or managing Workday HRIS platforms.
• Workday configuration experience and UAT.
• Strong consulting, communication, and client service skills.
• Analytical with project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leaders.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, and engagement.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reporting for executives.
• Move reporting toward predictive insights and risk opportunities.
• Create executive-ready data visualizations and tell the data story.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to translate questions into analytics solutions.
