Job summary

PDS Health, based in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Analyst, People Analytics and Data to deliver analytical expertise and reporting for the People/HR function and business leaders. You will be the subject-matter expert in Workday HCM reporting and will develop dashboards to support our analytics roadmap.

You will own day-to-day reporting, define KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions, while ensuring data quality and governance across systems.

Qualifications

Experience building and maintaining Workday HCM reports and dashboards.
Strong skills in data visualization and statistical analysis.
Experience integrating core HRMS data with a data warehouse.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day reporting deliverables and handle report requests and tickets.
Develop new Workday HCM dashboards for employees, managers, and HR teams.
Define KPIs/metrics and recommend delivery tools.
Partner with stakeholders to translate problems into actionable insights.
Analyze data and present findings to executives and managers.
Improve data integrity with IT and Data Warehouse teams.
