Job summary

Cartier North America in New York is seeking a People Data & Analytics Manager to advance its data strategy and translate workforce insights into actionable business decisions.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Retail, and Commercial teams to analyze headcount, turnover, recruitment, and organizational design, and to develop executive dashboards using Power BI, Looker, Visier, and Workday for leadership audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in People Analytics, BI, or related analytics.
• Experience leading analytics projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization; dashboards for executives.
• Experience with Workday and/or Visier preferred; Looker/Tableau a plus.
• Ability to combine data from multiple sources and tell a story with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis of workforce topics (headcount, turnover, recruiting, engagement).
• Translate questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks for leadership.
• Automate reports and advance analytics capabilities.
• Partner across HR, Finance, Retail, Commercial to align data priorities.
