Job summary

Cartier North America in New York, NY, seeks a People Data & Analytics Manager to advance our analytics strategy and translate workforce data into actionable insights for workforce decisions and business performance.

You will drive analytics across workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent, retention, engagement, recruiting, and retail performance, linking people data to commercial metrics to understand drivers of boutique and organizational success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/quantitative degree required; 5+ years in People/Business Analytics or BI.
StrongExcel and data visualization skills; executive dashboards experience.
Experience with Workday and Visier preferred; SQL or similar data querying helpful.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analysis of headcount, turnover, retention, recruiting, and engagement.
Translate business questions into structured analytics and actionable recommendations.
Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks for leadership; tell data-driven stories.
Partner with HR, Finance, Retail, and Commercial to align data priorities and insights.
