Elior North America is seeking a People Analyst to transform HR data into actionable insights that help leaders make informed business decisions. The role focuses on turnover and retention, talent acquisition metrics, labor analytics, and workforce trends, while developing Power BI dashboards and reports to illuminate opportunities.

Qualifications
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling and DAX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights from large datasets.
- Experience analyzing HR, talent acquisition, workforce, or people-related data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with multiple data sources.
- Ability to translate business questions into meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
Responsibilities
- Analyze turnover, retention, hiring, staffing, labor, and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and new-hire retention.
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for leaders.
- Connect HR data with business results to identify drivers of performance and recommend actions.
