CHANEL is seeking a Senior Manager, People Analytics, Insights & AI Enablement in New York City. This role sits in the OD&E Center of Excellence within US P&O to turn people data, insights, and AI into business outcomes with a future-fit org.

Minimum 7 years in People Analytics/HR with AI expertise; strong Power BI and AI-tool experience is required. Hybrid work in NYC with cross-functional collaboration across P&O, Tech, and Global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in People Analytics or HR with AI experience.
• Hands-on Power BI, AI tools, and employee survey platforms like Qualtrics.
• Experience in Microsoft environment and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define the people analytics roadmap and dashboards for US P&O.
• Translate workforce data into insights and predictive models.
• Define technology strategy for AI use in P&O and assess tools.
• Lead AI adoption and responsible, human-centered AI initiatives.
• Enable self-service analytics for HRBPs and leaders.
• Own Voices employee listening analytics and data quality initiatives.
