This role blends strategy with hands-on analytics in a hybrid setup, requiring 7+ years in People Analytics and strong Power BI/AI tool experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in People Analytics, HR insights or related field.
Experience with AI-enabled HR processes and data governance.

Responsibilities

Define the people analytics roadmap and standard dashboards for US P&O insights.
Translate workforce data into actionable insights and predictive models.
Define technology strategy and AI use-case framing for P&O.
Identify workflows suitable for augmentation vs automation and drive adoption.
Lead AI adoption and ensure data governance across HR systems.
Enable self-service analytics for HRBPs and leaders.
