Job summary

Pilot Company seeks a Sr Analyst, HR People Analytics to partner with HR stakeholders, optimize processes, and drive data-informed decisions. This role manages projects, supports HRMS upgrades, and analyzes workflows to improve efficiency and data integrity.

Responsibilities include reporting, dashboards, and data storytelling to guide leadership actions. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience and strong SQL, Python or R, and Tableau/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, data analytics, statistics, CS, or I/O psychology.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proficient with Excel and SQL.
• Knowledge of Python or R and text mining for sentiment analysis.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
• Translate statistical findings into plain-language narratives.
• Understand HR functions like talent acquisition, performance, retention.
• Ask business questions and challenge leadership with evidence.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Recommend policy changes and innovative solutions with leadership approval.
• Maintain HRMS systems, coordinate upgrades and patches.
• Provide production support and resolve HRMS issues.
• Generate and maintain reports and data quality across systems.
• General office tasks and long periods of sitting/standing.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
