Visa is seeking a Manager, People Analytics Consulting, Insights & Enablement to shape the future of workforce analytics. You will combine analytics, governance, and automation to deliver dashboards, playbooks, and scalable tools for senior leaders across the organization.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, stakeholder management, and partnering with enterprise Data Governance, Privacy, and Risk teams to ensure responsible analytics and high-quality reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree or 0 years with a PhD.
• Experience in analytics, workforce intelligence, organizational effectiveness, or management consulting.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics and low-code tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants and leaders in fulfilling workforce analytics requests and engagements.
• Own stakeholder relationships and serve as a day-to-day consulting partner for defined groups.
• Translate workforce questions into actionable insights, dashboards, or scalable solutions.
• Communicate insights and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
