Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Manager of People Analytics, Insights & AI in New Jersey to lead analytics strategy and execution across HR and the business. You will partner with HR and leadership to turn complex workforce questions into data-driven insights that influence decisions.

The role combines advanced analytics, storytelling, and change leadership, with responsibility for dashboards, governance, and collaboration with IT to ensure trustworthy, scalable HR analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, I/O Psychology, HR Management, or Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience combining HR knowledge, business partnership, and hands-on analytics.
• 5+ years of people analytics experience with large, complex datasets.
• 5+ years of HR experience across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience leading analytics teams or senior ICs.
• Proven track record of driving adoption of analytics tools or insights.
• Experience developing business cases and articulating ROI for analytics solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI – dashboard development, DAX, data modeling.
• Experience with predictive modeling, regression, clustering, and applied statistics.
• Experience with Workday reporting or equivalent enterprise HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior HR and business leaders to frame workforce challenges as analytical problems with data-driven answers.
• Serve as trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, providing insights and decision support tools.
• Translate analytical findings into executive narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Identify where analytics can add measurable value and develop structured business cases.
• Lead advanced analytics solutions including predictive modeling and talent pipeline assessment.
• Deliver KPI scorecards with data-driven narratives for leadership.
• Collaborate with data engineering to integrate HR data from multiple sources.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and documentation across HR datasets.
