Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Analytics Partner in People Analytics to shape and deliver analytics that drive business impact across HR and product teams. You will operate at strategic and tactical levels, turning complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives.

In this role you will lead end-to-end analytics projects, partner with HR Business Partners and COEs, develop measurement strategies, and help product teams productize analytics with AI-native experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in People Analytics and stakeholder-facing roles.
• Advanced degree in Analytics/Data Science or related field.
• Fluent in R or Python, SQL, Tableau; experience with Qualtrics and Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and people priorities into analytics opportunities with impact.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects with clear scope and executive narratives.
• Create simple visualizations and narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop measurement strategies and new metrics for org health and program impact.
• Automate recurring analytics tasks to improve efficiency and quality.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to drive data-driven decisions and roadmaps.
