Job summary

RLDatix in Chicago is seeking a People Advisor to join the People team. You will translate policies into actionable guidance, support onboarding, employee relations, and lifecycle events while ensuring compliance. A hybrid schedule allows 1–2 days on downtown Chicago campus weekly.

Ideal candidates have prior People Team experience in SaaS, a system-oriented mindset, and strong knowledge of US employment laws. The role emphasizes collaboration, employee experience, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a People Team role, ideally within a SaaS company.
• Proven success creating positive employee experiences across the lifecycle.
• A system-oriented mindset across processes, tools, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line guidance and coaching to employees and managers on People policies and processes.
• Partner with People Operations to ensure accurate employee data and timely employment changes.
• Identify recurring questions and friction points; propose improvements for the employee experience.
• Support managers with low to moderate-complexity employee relations matters.
• Translate policies into practical guidance for next steps.
