You will own advisory cases from assessment to resolution, addressing leadership effectiveness, employee development, and team dynamics, collaborating with AI resources to refine guidance and resources.

This hybrid role requires two days in the San Francisco or Chicago office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years HR experience or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex advisory cases.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and development.
• Independently resolve advisory cases beyond AI guidance.
• Diagnose root causes of performance challenges and conflicts.
• Guide managers through performance improvement and sensitive conversations.
• Apply risk frameworks to determine appropriate escalations.
• Maintain case documentation and measure intervention outcomes.
