Prévenir is building a new People and administrative operations function at a very early stage. You will shape HR processes from scratch, design a product-minded People operation, and automate workflows with AI, while working closely with leadership to scale as the company grows.

You will split time across employee onboarding, documentation, people admin, and operational finance, with payroll ownership developing over time. The role suits someone who has thrived in fast-growing environments.

Qualifications

• At least 5–6 years of experience in People Ops, hands-on and comfortable with admin topics.
• Experience in a fast‑scaling company, start‑up or scale‑up, helping build or scale People processes.
• Business curiosity and ability to connect work to company direction.
• Versatility across People and Corporate/Admin topics with strong People focus.
• Rigour and high attention to detail; autonomous and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Own employee onboarding, probation tracking, performance reviews, feedback processes, and engagement monitoring.
• Write clear, user‑centric documentation; spot friction and automate recurring processes with AI leverage.
• Handle People admin: leaves/absences, contracting and affiliations, GDPR compliance.
• Assist with payroll coordination and coordinate with the accounting partner as needed.
• Support expense reports, accounting document prep, and routine filings; liaise with external partners.
