Job summary

Stuut is seeking a People Operations Manager to design and run the core HR system infrastructure across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, data, compliance, and documentation. You will partner with Finance and Legal, coaching managers and building scalable processes in a fast-growing startup environment.

We value structured policy, practical workflow fixes, and the ability to move between strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running core People processes (onboarding, reviews, manager workflows).
• Experience owning HR systems and workflows; Rippling/PEO experience preferred.
• Strong project management and end-to-end process leadership.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism with sensitive employee matters.
• Strong written communication and policy documentation skills.
• Analytical, systems-oriented with HRIS data and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Design and manage performance review cycles, calibation, and communications.
• Build and maintain HR systems, employee records, and data workflows.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and policy administration across states.
• Partner with Finance and Leadership on headcount planning and operating cadence.
