Job summary

Paychex seeks a results-oriented sales professional to drive growth in PEO products and services. You will develop new client relationships, engage key decision makers, and leverage broker networks to expand market share.

The role emphasizes end-to-end sales from prospecting to onboarding, with potential travel for conferences and trainings. A strong background in B2B sales, strategic selling, and client management is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell PEO products and services by developing new clients and expanding the client base to increase profits in the PEO Sales organization.
• Identify customer needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers in person or virtually.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially brokers, to secure referrals to end users.
• Prospect for new clients and referrals outside the Paychex base using calls, mail, events, and local marketing programs guided by Sales management.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies to ensure a smooth transition and resolve client issues to support onboarding.
• Travel may be required outside the geographic territory for conferences, training, or meetings.
