Job summary

Paychex is recruiting for a PEO Sales role focused on expanding new client acquisitions and increasing profitability through the broker channel and direct engagement. You will identify client needs, present Paychex solutions, and manage end‑to‑end onboarding for PEO services.

The role emphasizes quota attainment, strategic selling, and building strong client relationships across in-person or virtual interactions. Travel within territory may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management (as per ad).
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales roles or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and grow the client base for PEO Sales.
• Present Paychex solutions to decision makers and stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit referrals, especially broker sources.
• Prospect for new clients and referrals using multiple channels.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure smooth transitions to services.
• Meet or exceed quota and continually develop product and sales skills.
