Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is hiring for a PEO Sales role in Florida. You will develop new clients, present Paychex solutions to stakeholders, and drive revenue growth through broker channels and direct prospecting.

Responsibilities include onboarding PEO clients, managing onboarding experience, and attending partner meetings to expand market share. A strong sales background and HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 5+ years of relevant sales or sales management experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant sales or sales management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell PEO products and services by expanding the client base and increasing profits.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit referrals to secure new business opportunities.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources via calls, mail, events, and marketing programs.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure smooth transition to service.
