Qualifications

• CRM tools experience is preferred.
• 2+ years of PEO sales experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency may be required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities for PEO solutions within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain referral relationships to generate qualified PEO sales opportunities.
• Execute prospecting strategies including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and decision criteria.
• Present PEO solutions including payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance considerations.
