Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Business Sales Consultant, PEO to drive new client opportunities across co-employment, payroll, HR support, and benefits. You will manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, building pipelines and collaborating with internal teams for implementation.

Expect travel for client meetings and industry events. The role requires the ability to develop strategies, consult with business owners, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

• More than two years of PEO sales experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll, HCM HR technology, or benefits preferred.
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for PEO solutions.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with brokers, channel partners, centers of influence, and other strategic partners.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies to access business owners, executives, and other decision makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and service expectations.
• Present PEO solutions including co‑employment, payroll, HR support, benefits, and risk management.
