Qualifications

• 2+ years or more of PEO sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline, prospecting for new business, client presentations, and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities in the designated territory for PEO solutions.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with brokers, channel partners, and strategic partners.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies including cold calling, networking, email outreach, and social selling.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and workforce challenges.
• Present PEO solutions aligned with client needs and pricing options.
• Prepare proposals, pricing options, and client presentations communicating value of PEO services.
• Negotiate terms and coordinate internal resources for implementation.
• Own and manage full PEO sales cycle from lead to close and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM with timely updates.
